Refund & Return Policy
Hey there! We're not messing around when it comes to your satisfaction with Krave Ink products. We want you to be head-over-heels in love with them. And that's why we're throwing in the option for returns on all items, but hold your horses, refunds only apply if the following conditions are met::
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item is returned unused, undamaged in the original packaging with all original packaging still intact.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
- All subscriptions must be cancelled before the next subscription order is processed to be eligible for cancellation.
- If the subscription is cancelled after the next order has already been processed, the cancelled subscription will begin after the last order has been shipped out.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
- Email help@kraveink.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return.
- We will provide you with our return address needed for shipping the item(s) back.
- Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Krave Ink will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
- Ship your parcel back to the address provided. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund right away!
IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM
Please email help@kraveink.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced.
