SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If you have been waiting longer than this and your tracking is not updated then please email help@kraveink.com

If tracking shows “order delivered” and you still haven’t received your order, please check that it has not been left with another household member or a neighbor before emailing us.

Most orders are processed the same day that they are placed, but please allow for weekends/bank holidays as our warehouse will be closed during these periods - here are our shipping times:

USA: 2-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
Australia: 5-10 business days
Europe: 5-15 business days
Other Countries: 10-20 business days

If you place an order on the weekend or a bank holiday your order will not be processed until the next working day. However, if you have ordered in the week your order may still get to over the weekend as our couriers work over these times.

If you have not received a tracking number this is usually because your order has not been shipped yet. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 days, but please allow more time over weekends and public holidays.

It usually takes 24-48 hours for the tracking to update after the shipping label is created.

You'll be able to pause, skip, and cancel your subscription.

You'll be sent a 4 digit code either by email or phone - depending on what you've used when you placed the order.

It's pretty simple, we'll send you the product of your choice according to the frequency you've selected.

Your Payment Method is charged when your order ships. We'll bill you periodically based on your chosen Membership and frequency until cancellation. Krave Ink may modify Subscription details, we'll notify you of any changes.

PAYMENTS AND RETURNS

We accept all major credit and debit card payments, including American Express. You are able to pay with Paypal Express and we also are compatible with Google Pay, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay.

If you are not satisfied, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery. We will not accept them after this window. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are returned to us. Please make sure the name and order number are included in the package to prevent delays.

- Email help@kraveink.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return.

- We will provide you with our return address needed for shipping the item(s) back.

- Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Krave Ink will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.

- Ship your parcel back to the address provided . We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

- Once we receive your return, we will issue refund right away!

Please email help@kraveink.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced.
